    Counseling and Relationship Center

    of Murfreesboro

Growing up can be challenging, and stress often leads to uncomfortable symptoms that disrupt our lives at school, home, and work.

I specialize in working with children, adolescent males, and young men, along with their families, who experience anxiety, social phobias, or OCD, including those on the autism spectrum.

I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy as my foundation to reduce symptoms and help with the development of coping skills and strategies.

My goal is to empower both the client and their family by building a relationship based on trust, acceptance, and unconditional positive regard.

I take a holistic therapeutic approach to help clients discover their true values and inner strength, bringing balance to their lives.

I am committed to creating a safe environment that fosters growth and self-discovery.

I am currently accepting new clients. For more information or to make an appointment, contact me at Harrison@CRCMurfreesboro.com or call 615-848-0065.
